F. R. Bell and Associates, Inc. (FRBA) and CMH Consultants (our sister company) is a wholly Alaskan-owned consulting firm with offices in Anchorage, Wasilla, and Prudhoe Bay. We provide complete design, engineering, surveying, and construction management services to federal, state, and local governments as well as the private sector, industries, and individuals.

With a staff of more than 80 engineers, surveyors, technicians, and support personnel (Including 10 Alaskan registered professional land surveyors and one certified federal land surveyor) FRBA has provided utility engineering, transportation and environmental engineering, land-use planning and development, oil field site facilities engineering, and land and construction surveying since 1974.
